Cramping and lower back pain past ovulation

Hello!

According to Clearblue ovulation test, I had LH surge on Friday. For the past 2 days, Sat&Sun, I’ve been having achy cramps in lower abdomen, twinges, and back pain. Is this normal? I’ve never experienced this, even with my first pregnancy.

I get this after ovulation sometimes. I always have o pain and some months it’s worse than other months. Not sure why.
