Cramping, spotting, and BH at 31 weeks...

Headed to the hospital now. I'm scared but baby girl has been kicking like normal and seems to be happy and perfect, so I'm trying to stay positive! Thoughts and prayers are needed and appreciated!

Thanks for the support ladies, I was contracting but they have me a shot and they stopped. No dilation and my cervix is still thick. All tests came back negative. I was pretty dehydrated so that seems to be the culprit. I need a lot of rest and water for the next 9 weeks, but all seems to be good
