I'm on cd8 and having moderate cramping in my uterus and stomach and it feels just like I'm about to start AF, but I just came off BCP and I don't know how long it will take for my cycles to come back. Should I be prepared for her to come, is it ovulation pains, or just pain from coming off of them?
