Cramps and leg pains

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I'm getting period like cramps in my right lower side and I have really bad leg cramps. It's getting very uncomfortable should I go get checked out? I just don't want to bother my doctor for no reason.

They always say if it's one side only, or both sides but not in the centre, it's most likely round ligament pain.
I'm sure you're fine, but having said that, if it's really scaring you then yes you should go to your doctors to put your mind at rest.

It was most likely round ligament pain. After about 6 hours it eventually went away.
