Cramps on and off

Last night my lower abdomen started having that same feeling as when I'm about to start my period and as I lay there, before you know it, I was doubled in pain from the cramping. The baby was moving so intensely too.

All day yesterday I had that crampy feeling that came and went all day with no pattern really. I just tried sleeping through them. I thought it was the beginning of labour or something but now, nothing.

Would those be Braxton hicks? I thought those were supposed to be painless?

Help?! What's going on!! (I'm 37 weeks)

I get the same thing hun, i usually reach for the paracetamol and hot water bottle or get the OH to give me a back rub ...

my midwife has told me unless i have any loss down below (plug, waters ect.) That it is more than likely BH but if your really concered call your midwife ... im a first timer so i call for just about anything ...

I had same thing last night hun and today just cramps and bh feel really achy hips and pelvis hurt and she feels lower hoping she's getting ready in there lol
