I am 35 weeks. Almost 36 so not to far from being full term. The last couple days I have felt menstrual like cramps. Mild mostly but today just alittle but worse. I have tons of pelvic pain as I have SPD but this does feel alittle different. I have not felt contractions but during my weekly NSTs it showed I was having mild ones. Nothing big though. Could the cramps be contractions, Braxton hicks, or could it just be body getting ready for labor? I'm not really sure. I do have another NST on Thursday and they are going to check cervix then. Any advice appreciated. I am a FTM.

I can only tell u what they told me and a lot of that during my 36th week was baby pushing down and my body getting ready when I was checked at 36-5 I was only 1.5 cm 50% effaced and stationed at -2 so mayb it's your body preparing but if they said u were having mild contractions if u feel something out the ordinary I would definitely call
