According to my calculations, I should be about 5 weeks today. I have had cramps on and off since before I even found out I was pregnant! Sometimes similar to pms or period cramps, (to the point I thought I was getting my period before I found out) and sometimes very sharp and uncomfortable! I was not able to sleep well last night because of it. I have had no blood, and my breasts are still very tender. Don't have many other symptoms, but I am still very early. Am I worrying too much over something that is normal? Or is this something that should get checked out? I hate feeling like this. :/ I wish I could just be happy and excited!! I just want my little bub to be okay! I can't take anymore heart ache. This is my third pregnancy in less than a year and half, the first two sadly ending in miscarriage at 9 and 12 weeks.

Sorry to hear about earlier losses. But I too had very sharp, severe cramps during one of my pregnancies. I thought for sure I'd be getting my period any day. They lasted about a week I seem to recall, up til week 5 or 6. Was mildly crampy after that. No other problems--and lots of other symptoms starting about week 6. Hope this one works out for you!

I've had some cramps on and off throughout this pregnancy and my other symptoms didn't really start until 6-7 weeks.

I hope everything works out! Sorry for your previous losses. PAL is worrisome! Hugs.

Thanks ladies, I haven't had much for cramping today, which makes me feel a little better.(even though I know it is normal) I sort of wish I had more for symptoms, just so I could "feel" more pregnant! All I really have so far is achey breasts. But know I am early and this shouldn't be too big of a concern.

I scheduled my first appointment for this Thursday, and will have my first scan next week. Very nervous for that!!

I've always cramped a little during pregnancy. My general philosophy is that as long as there's no blood, try not to panic. I've never had a miscarriage, but first tri is always hideously frightening. Hope things settle down for you soon :flower:
