Sorry if this is the wrong section.

Has anyone tried this? If so was it any good for your little one?

I did with my DS2.. 4 sessions on and I didn't really notice much difference.. He obviously got older so I put it down to he adjusted a bit more to being outside the womb.. He is better now (5 months) but I was worried after a horrific forceps delivery he was hurt in some way. He would be wide awake for hours on end even on the day he was born, cry ALOT and just generally seemed unhappy (even the HV said he was an unhappy baby).. He still doesnt laugh or giggle really I dont think but very smiley so we are getting there.

I have heard great things about them tho and I would still suggest going as it may work for you..

Thank you for your reply Emma.
My daughter is almost 7 months old and only just come across this so not sure if it would work since she's older now but I'm willing to try anything. My daughter really struggles to sleep and she's very cranky all day every day also won't be without me. I was induced for a week and then laboured for 14 hours but she got stuck so I had to have a section, I'm wondering if this has contributed to how she is now. She's never settled from day one and still struggles now unless I hold her, even then she puts up a fight.

Thanks again. I think I'll ring around a few places and see what they suggest.

We did it for our unhappy reflux baby. I have to say it has helped. We've only had one session but he's definitely more content, but not less sick. We could do with another session as he's slowly going back to how he was, but we still have less screaming than before

Yeah it's worth a go. It was quite surreal as I watched the osteopath do his thing so to speak! Didnt even seem like he touched!
It's not a cheap thing to do approx £40 a session but will be priceless if it makes your daughter happier and you obviously 👍

Thanks katherinegrey. My daughter has severe reflux as well as a cows milk protein allery, also could be wheat and gluten intolerant. She also has suspected asthma and eczema. I think we will defo give it a try.

Thanks again Emma. I'm really willing to try anything no matter what it costs. I had to pay a private doctor £200 for half hour consultation when she was born just to get her diagnosed with her problems because the NHS wasn't listening to me.

I appreciate your comment.

Save your time and money! We had this done for our LO when he was newborn and it made no difference whatsoever. Not worth it, in my opinion!
