Crazy dreams..

I generally take benadryl to help sleep for the last 4 years. All of a sudden I am having the most detailed, strange dreams about people that have died, friends I haven't seen in years, saving animals from being drowned, that I had a baby and she spoke at 4 months! I normally remember my dreams and they are uneventful, but why the change? No new meds, no change in diet? Just weird.

I too, on occasion, will just have some insanely real dreams for a few nights- then I won't remember anything for months later... I know that benedryl (or anything with that same type of medication) gives me crazy dreams- which is why I don't take it. Well, nightmares really. But otherwise- it could be so many things. I never even got crazy dreams while prego- although I heard that's common. I just get them every so often Our sub-conscious mind is a tricky bugger. lol.
