Crying over spilt milk

Well, not spilt, but I had 15oz of breastmilk in the fridge ready for hubby coming home tomorrow so I can have a long soak in the bath and a long lie in, but last night I left the fridge open allll night!!! So all my hard work went literally down the drain!!! I'm totally devastated! Is it normal to feel this heartbroken!?!?

As you were posting this thread this morning I had expressed 6oz & was transferring it into a freezer bag when my 2-year-old came running up & bumped into me. 4oz of the milk landed on the floor. All I knew what to do was cry. I'm over it now but was devastated this morning. I am trying very hard to feed my 14-weeker and increase my supply so I can start building a freezer stash. This was only day two
