So ladies my last 24 hours being pregnant I'm so excited nervous and scared mixture of emotion.

I cannot wait to meet him but I'm also so scared but I guess that's normal will update tomorrow once he's here x

If it helps to put your mind at ease, I had an emergency section 6 weeks ago and I was up and about pretty soon after. I was in town getting coffee when my little boy was 4 days old and was driving after 4 weeks (although I could've managed it sooner). I'd say I'm now feeling completely back to my old self and the op, scar etc. was/is a million times better than I was expecting x

Yep, I was awake and my husband was with me.

It is a little odd being aware of what is going on but nothing can prepare you for the feeling of hearing your little one cry as they deliver them I had some complications completed unrelated to the section itself but my little boy was placed on me whilst I was in theatre and I was able to do skin to skin as soon as they'd finished operating.

I just posted to you on another thread but saw this one here and noticed your in Oxford, are you going to the jr? I had an emergency c section there recently and they were amazing. It was one of the scariest nights of my life but everybody was so calm and reassuring
