i dont know what legal action he thinks he can get against you??

if he wants legal rights to see your little girl then that might be hard for him considering he hasnt signed the birth certificate other wise he could of got weekend access or something. i got the csa on my ex because we both agreed it was for the best as we are going through a dna test with them and so far things have been great at the end when everythings set up they will take 20% of the fathers earnings. if this guy is being so unresenable i would go to the csa then its out of your hands xx

Contact CSA at worse he will deny parentage and have a dna test which is what my ex did but then refused the dna test so they have now asummed parentage .....he cant take any action against you to stop him payin BUT can try get some kind of access maybe this is what he means ....if it is then go for supervised access as to your daughter he is a stranger ...beaware the csa is no short easy answer my ex left me on katies 1st birthday and she is 9 in two wks i started csa against him back in 2006 and still havent had a penny although first payment is due by 19th march i am not holdin my breath ...I am now suein the csa as they are not back datin the money my solictor says i have a great case xxx
