Don't think you can. You can post stuff to them and give them information over the phone. I have never used e-mail, so not sure if you can or not.

I was looking at the CSA info (now changed its name to Child Maintenance Scheme) today and it was just saying about calling up.

Search for the office dealing with your case and it then brings up ways to contact them. Really easy.
