Csection approved :D

Hi ladies finally got my csection approved by my consultant. I was surprised I didn't have to fight to get one as she said based on my last experience and 3rd degree tear baby is also now measuring 5 weeks ahead so she was happy for me to have a csection this time.

I'm only 22 weeks but thinking ahead any tips on what to pack in hospital bag and how close to 40weeks do they schedule the date for delivery?

Glad you got your c-section approved!

I'm not sure when they'll schedule you, I'd ask on your next visit.

I'm packed and ready to go, and I'm bringing clothes, toiletries (contact lens stuff, glasses, hairbrush etc), cell phone charger, Nook, and even pillows cuz I heard the ones at the hospital suck

if you have an uneventful healthy pregnancy then I would imagine your section would be scheduled for 39 weeks or as close to 39 weeks as possible. They do not like to deliver earlier I was told because of the babies lungs and so on but if you go into labour at 38 weeks they should section you immediately
