Csection stitch came out early?

Has anyone experienced this?

Im 3 days pp and was given a beaded stitch. Well this afternoon one of the beads fell off. I called the midwife who came straight over and the stitch practically fell out, but it is usually removed on day 5.

Luckily enough my wound has knitted together and looked fine but im on strict instructions to do nothing until Sunday and the midwife comes again.

Im scared to move just incase my wound opens

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I remember one of my stitches came to the surface, kind of a really gross bump. My doctor told me not to worry. It wasn't bleeding or infected.
