CTG contraction question...

I was in over the weekend for suspected pre term labour. Ive just read through my notes and where they do you bp,presentation of baby ect they have written down next to contractions 2:10 does anyone know what this means???

I believe it means 2 contractions in every 10 mins... So basically averaging every 5 mins. Hope things have settled for you now. X

Thanks! I thought it might be something like that,but didnt ask when I was in hospital as ive only just noticed it on my notes. They have calmed down for now thanks lovely. Gosh didnt realise that they were that close in time. Im wondering wether this little lady is going to stay in there.

Keep thinking positive thoughts.... I think there's a lot to be said for being positive! Baby is in the best place in your tummy, and for now, you and your body know that and are working hard at keeping it that way. Be gentle on yourself, get plenty of rest and relaxation (know that's easier said than done!) and make sure you're eating and drinking plenty. Only another 3 weeks until full term.... you're doing brilliantly! x
