So I've been having some trouble finding some CUTE maternity jeans that aren't $80/pair. All the reasonably priced ones are ridiculously baggy and they SCREAM "Maternity!". I'm trying to find a decent store (preferably online) that sells stylish maternity jeans (and other cute clothes too) at a reasonable price.

As far as buying a bellyband... I don't actually HAVE any jeans that fit me at all anymore... my wide hips and lack of bum really make for some odd fitting pants :haha:

I have a cookout I'm attending in a couple weekends and I don't necessarily "look" pregnant, I'm kind of at that awkward point where people are thinking "Did she gain weight or is she expecting?" I know if I throw on yoga pants and a flowy blouse, it'll definitely let off some hints... so I feel like wearing cute jeans and a top will throw people off a liitle bit (we're keeping things quiet for a while)

Thanks everyone!

Destination maternity in the US. You can order only too.

Checkout the " indigo blue secret fit jeans" or the "pea in the pod jeans" both start at about $30 US. They have the stretchy belly that rides high (just under ribs until belly fill out) they also round out your belly little so I feel ike I actually look Prego in them when I sometimes feel I don't look Prego without them. Been wearing them since week 6!! Cause I out grew my reg jeans and didn't want to buy something to just wear a few weeks (I should be able to wear these most of my pregnancy)

Pre Prego I wore misses size 4-6 in US. In these I am a medium.

I was also going to suggest Destination Maternity. That's where I ordered my pants from, and they look normal jeans to me. In my opinion they are reasonably priced. I would also check target, if I hadn't already bought maternity jeans through destination maternity I would have gotten some from them. I never tried any on, but they all looked really nice.

This is why I just buy a belly/pregnancy band. You can wear all ur regular pants. Then I only have to get shirts. Saves a TON of money!!

Just saw the part about the belly band, lol. Oops !! :)

I LOVE Destination Maternity! I just bought a whole new wardrobe for under $200! That's pretty good cause I gotta dress nice for work and when your Prego "Nice" and "comfortable" work attire don't always go together!

I have been browsing through Destination Maternity! I'm in trouble! I want to buy like EVERYTHING!! Hahaha! Thanks for directing me here, this is EXACTLY what I was looking for!!

Yep and even check out the clearance/sale section on destination maternity. I got a few pairs for like $20 each, and it was buy 3 get 1 free off of the redlines (clearance) stuff, so I got like 2 pairs of jeans and 2 shirts for about $60. The jeans I got are skinny jeans and Jessica Simpson brand and I love them!! The reviews and ratings on there are really helpful too, people describe how well they fit and everything so I highly recommend reading through those when you're deciding since you can't try them on.

Agreed with Destination Maternity...and target.. My jeans I got from target are cute and comfy. No one knows they are maternity.. When I first put them on I told my mom how come no one told me they were so comfy! Like you, I outgrew all of my reg jeans quickly BC my hips spread. So a belly band was out for me too.

Not sure if you already ended up buying some maternity jeans, but I just bought some this past weekend at Motherhood Maternity and they are so cute and comfy. They were $50 though, :dohh: But they look just like regular jeans, even have a cute design on the pockets. They are "Wallflower" brand (that brand also makes non-maternity jeans that I'm a fan of). I'm going to check out the other site that the others mentioned too because I haven't heard of that!

I got cute things from Destination Maternity, Macys, and Pink Blush which is an online store with really cute stuff

You can also try Old Navy, Gap, Target, Walmart, Thyme (starts out expensive but sales are great), Motherhood Maternity ..... (all online)

Old Navy is another decent one but I'm tall and their jeans always end up like high waders on me.

I wore a belly band until about 20 weeks, but after a while it was uncomfortable! I work at a desk all day and every time I stood up I had to readjust it and pull it down or up and flatten out the zipper again. Such a pain. I remember finally converting over to maternity clothes when I was pregnant with my dd and as soon as I pulled them on, I heard angels singing!! LOL I was so mad that I took that long to try some on! They were so so comfortable in comparison to what I had been doing all along.

I got 4 pair of jeans for $12-$15 a piece on eBay. Oh Baby brand. They all looked brand new.

I found some in old Navy. They don't flatter my bum, but they are stylish. And grow with the bump.

I agree with Old Navy. I ordered some that were on sale when they had a 20% off coupon so I got them for $15. I also got a pair for $17 from Burlington Coat Factory. I am a huge "couponer" and refuse to pay more than $15-20 for jeans, especially ones I'll only wear a few months. I've also been watching lots on eBay. There's a site called Zulily that seems to have good deals once in a while but the small sizes sell out fast. My local Target had a tiny maternity section, I'm going to check Walmart next.

I found some at macys that are cute in there clearance. Was 100 and clearances down to 50. But once scanned, it rang up at a whopping 12 dollars. Oh yeahhhhhhhhh.... 8)
