Cycle Days - Please assist

Good morning everybody

I was just wondering if anybody could explain the CD thing to me. Do you start counting a new cycle with every AF ? Is there anything else that could help me - links and so on.

I am so unsure; feeling a bit silly for asking, but I know that somewhere over the rainbow.... la da da. Sorry, got distracted, i know somebody will be able to help.

Didn't want to read and run! Your cd starts again each time you get Af, and it is counted from the first day until the next Af which then starts the cycle all over again. I find fertilityfriend.com a useful website as it has lots of informative info that really helps.
Sorry if this doesn't make sense but I haven't long woken up
