Cycle is being cancelled

This was our last attempt at iui.
I was so excited for this month. Estrogen was helping my lining, injections to prevent early LH surge were working. But my follicles stopped developing and then appeared to get smaller..... Which doesn't make sense.
So because my body didn't cooperate, my doctor does not recommend any more iui.
So disappointed.
Now I'll have to have surgery and ovarian drilling

How do you deal with all of this upset?
