Cycles post birth control pills

When can i expect AF? Or what has been your experience, at least? Typically my cycles are 30 to 34 days with a 10 day LP. But obviously when im on BCP, that is not the case. Ive been on BCPs for over a year. And then switched to the extended 3 month cycle BCP about 5 months ago. I went off it 29 days ago. I am now on CD 29 and im pretty sure i havnt ov.ed and it doesnt seem like AF is obviously in sight. Any experiences w returning cycles?

After thr initial bleed my real.af took 3 months to come its common for it to be not on time its different for.everyone but a few others on this forun were on thensame.boat as me too. I have read some ladies had tomtake vitex to stabilise their body but fingers xd it wont come to that

I dont mind the wait, but i just dont want to be driven crazy wondering if my cycle is just late, or if im knocked up, or if AF is just a day away...that can get costly testing.

Guess we will have to see if my FF tracker is accurate anymore. I used to temp but eith three LOs and being working mom, thats not gonna happen now lol

*UPDATE*
I had very very light pink spotting this morning but it was odd like when i has been previously pregnant. I was one day late, or so assuming so i tested...twice today and got very faint both times. I hobestly cant believe it. I really didnt think i ov.ed

My cycles after the withdrawal bleed were 32, 31, 29. Just started trying now so I'm assuming this cycle will be back to my normal 28 days.

Thank you! I guess i cant even answer my own thread lol.
I actually bleed massively for 3 days straight. Figured i MCed but doc ran hCG. It went from 39.7 to 148.2 in 48 hours! They wanted to see it double but it quadrupled!
