daily period pain and chills 4 months on

i had my c section 16 weeks ago today and it healed well and we had no problems however i seem to have period pains that run from my tummy to by back on a daily basis, and sometimes makes me shiver

sex is still painful doc cant see me till next monday

anyone else got anything similar going on
