Day 16 on Clomid & no ovulation. Is this normal?

I am only my first round of clomid 50 mg. I took it on days 3-7. I am now on day 16, and I have had no temp change or positive opk tests. Those of you who had taken clomid in the past, is this normal? I tend to ovulate on day 18 or 19 with a 30 day cycle. I thought the clomid was suppose to speed up the ovulation. I'm worried that there isn't enough time in between ovulation and the end of my cycle :-\

This whole process has been so frustrating! We have been trying for almost a year now. Husband's sperm count came back normal. And my blood work and HSG were totally normal. So what's the problem!? Ugh. Okay. I'm done venting...haha!!

Sorry not sure if it is.
My doctor told me 5-10 days after the last pill was taken.
So maybe in another day or so? FX for you.

I didnt O until CD18 so don't give up hope. Clomid can delay O by about a day or two. Good luck!

Clomid delayed ovulation for me by two days...so don't despair...good luck!

Same here, i counted my 'O' day as day 16 and not in between the dates the FS gave me.

usally o'd between cd18-20 when on clomid taken on cd3-7. Just be patient for me it was a slow process and I was monitored from cd10 so it was gruely and I was triggered all 4 times.
