Day12 Blood Results.. what does it mean??

After seeing via ultrasound that I have multiple small follicles and no dominant ones, I was told that ovulation was not near. Then my blood came back and they said "nothing was going on". They said my progesterone was 1.something and my uterine lining was a six. I felt bad keeping them on the phone for so long, so I said ok see you Friday. Also, estrogen was a 32.

She said this looked like "baseline" testing, not day 12 results. She said dont worry its nothing medication cant fix.

Im so new to this. What does all of this mean? Do I need clomid? Progesterone? Both?

Hiya, Im not really an expert in hormones (unless it's progesterone or luteneizing hormone).

I think on CD12 they are already expecting you to ovulate, hence seeing growing lining, an LH surge and dominant follicles.

In your case the results could indicate several things - either that you ovulate later in your cycle and CD12 is way too early to test. Or that you do need some stimulation, like Clomid.

Do you have regular periods? If you do, you won't need progesterone as you take to force a period.

When are you going to see the Dr to discuss next steps?
