Hi Ladies!!

Ok so i'm new to B&B so bare with me..lol

I had my son 7 1/2 months ago by c-section (this was my second). To cut a long story short my body was a mess (i never really got it back from having my daughter to be honest:blush:)

I have been working my butt off to try and get trim b4 my holiday to the carribbean. I have managed to get back into a size 10 jeans (thanx to low rise jeans) but my tummy is still huge in comparison GIVING THAT MUSHROOM EFFECT...YUCK!!:sad1::sick:

due to the fact my tummy looks like etch a scetch (those of u in my age group (30's) will know what that is..lol) the bikini was always out of the question, but i would at least like to put on a swimsuit without looking like i'm still pregnant. :hissy:

i work out several times a week now (well i only have 3 weeks to go) but i don't seem to be shifting the last few pounds i need to. i eat healthy and am bf so can't diet as such. i've managed to shed 3st but not to sound ungrateful, i really have to get rid of the paunch!! does anyone have any
advice?

HELP!!

The best I can say is make sure you are eating a clean diet (fruits, veggies, whole grains). Do you tend to eat the same thing over and over again (routine like)? If so, change your diet up, eat something new that your body isn't used to or instead of eating 3 square meals a day, try eating six small meals a day (making sure you still have enough calories for bf, but not too much). regarding the excercising, I am not sure what your workouts consist of, but try changing up that routine as well. Make sure you are getting 30 minutes to hour of cardio and switch it on and off with weight training (One day do cardio, the next day do weights). Building muscle burns more fat, it's actually better to combine the two in the same workout, but make sure you don't keep doing the same routine over and over again. Your body will get used to it and you will hit a plateau. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. I know Charlotte (in 3rd trimester) is really up to date on working out and heating healthy, you might try finding her on here, she would be able to help you more than I could. Good luck on your weight loss goals and have fun on your vacation.

Thanks a lot for your advice! I will be trying everything you suggested from 2moro. I particularly like the idea of small meals more regularly as i find i'm always hungry in between meals and my son is very demanding with his feeds.

Will keep you informed of my progress!
