Contacting you for my sister. She has sent about 3 or 4 messages about not being able to get into her account for the past few days but not heard anything back yet.
When the site went screwy a few days ago and she got locked out of her account, she wasn't able to log back in as she couldnt remember her original password
She has done "retrieve password" about 10 times, but when she puts the new reset password in, it locks her out again.
She now wonders if she might have her account locked for some other reason? Please help, she is driving me nuts without BnB access!!
