Hi everyone

Little bit worried, tom has a little woods account and he's never missed a payment up until feb when we having all the trouble with our heating... The month before he payed off a massive chunk (£250 if I remember rightly). But missing a month put the account in arrears by £80 he paid of £30 of the arrears but now little woods have sent the account to NDR debt collectors for the £50 arrears .

The £50 would have been paid on Monday when he gets paid

Once the arrears are clear will it go back to little woods ? I'm so worried we're moving (finally) on Monday this is the last thing we need! Out old property crippled us financially where it was beyond repair and the HA wouldn't help

Am I worrying over nothing? Xx

Just phone them and tell them when you can pay it off - I've had experience of them in the past and they tend to be pretty keen to work with you. From my understanding, once you've cleared the debt, you'll no longer be involved with the collectors.
