Heyy ! . A woke up last night about 4 in the morning realy dehidrated :O . i was crying for water lol . and my tummy was realy in cramp . i just had a glass of water and went back to sleep . but being dehidrated is this normal :S . write bk :D

I guess so... especially if youve been drinking tea and coffee... Ive folund myself drinking a lot more water when Im at work.

Make sure you're drinking enough water and liquid throughout the day. You need it now more than ever as your body is constantly metabolizing and using up energy.

Avoid softdrinks as well, these will dehydrate you quite quickly.

I always make sure I've stocked the fridge full of bottles of water and drink them throughout the day.
 
yh ive found im very dehydrated too especially at work so i drink lots of water xxx
 
Dehydration is one of the things you definitely have to watch out for. Try drink plenty of water, even keep a bottle/glass by your bed at night.
 
I get really thirsty at night too. I just keep a water bottle next to my bed and drink some each time I get up to pee. Try to drink as much water as you can in the day and it will help with the night time thirst. I have noticed that I tend to cramp up a bit when I dont drink enough water too, its normal!

Try flavoured water, makes a big difference. Your body is going to need a lot of water.
 
It's best to drink 8 glasses of water a day, tea and coffee do not count :p
 
It sure is, during pregnancy you should find you do drink lots more.....x
