All you need is 2 opk tests everyday to catch the LH surge. There needs to be a gap of 6 hours between each opk test in general, and a 2 hr urine hold is enough. I could guess that you either didn't hold urine enough or missed the surge on the test. But you should BD this whole week in any case to be sure to catch the egg. Good luck
