Deleting a thread from subscribed threads?

I use the mobile version and can not seem to find a way to remove a thread from my subscribed threads. I thought I'd found a way on the desktop version but I didn't work. It was a pregnancy group but I unfortunately lost my baby and it's really hard having to see every time I log on which has stopped me using baby and bump very often even though I do love this forum. Any help would be much appreciated x

In the desktop version, go to user cp, you'll see your subscribed threads, under the title of the thread there is a reply link and a unsubscribe link. That link should unsubscribe you from the thread,
