Hi there I had two dermoid cysts removed back in June. One from each ovary.
After having irregular periods for years and years I was delighted when last week I finally had a period!!
My question is has anyone else had a dermoid cyst removed and its had the same effect? I do have PCOS but without the cyts on my ovarys. We have been trying to conceive since last June with no luck. So does it sound like these dermoid cysts were stopping me ovulating??
