Ever since I had baby 10 moths ago and have been breastfeeding I have been super dizzy. It seems to be related to head position or from getting up too quickly. I have convinced myself I have heart problems or a brain tumor. My doc has basically brushed me off. I am looking for a new one but it is more difficult to switch than I thought.

Looking for more reasonable answers besides brain tumor or heart problems...lol. Has anyone else had issues with their ears or eyes or dizziness since having baby or while breastfeeding?

Since my doc is no help I am looking for Answers. I am sort of at the end of my rope with this. The worry is consuming

Did you have any bleeding during or after birth and/or have you had your post natal iron levels checked?

It's possible it could be anaemia. I became anaemic after birth, and though it was much more serious than just feeling dizzy when I stood up (I was like passing out and having heart palpitations and memory problems), certainly mild anaemia could manifest itself as dizziness. There are also blood pressure issues to do with dizziness on standing up. I forget what it's called, but if you google, you'll find it. Other things like thyroid conditions and diabetes can cause dizziness and vision problems, but I think you'd be feeling other symptoms as well, either no appetite or uncontrollable appetite, significant and fast weight gain or loss, possibly bowel problems or urinating a lot. My guess would be on anaemia or blood pressure issues. Do you take any supplements? Have you had your iron checked?

This is what I was trying to think of, orthostatic hypotension: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/orthostatic-hypotension/basics/symptoms/con-20031255

Maybe benign paroxysmal positional vertigo? If so it can be fixed by a physiotherapist trained in vestibular therapy. It is very common.
