I am new to this website, but what brought me here is my fairly new TTC mindframe. About 1 week ago, I suffered extremely painful heartburn that lasted 4-5 days and kept me up at night. I later found out it could be an early pregnancy symptom. I decided to buy some OPK since I have never been quite that good at keeping track of my cycle.
I'll get to the confusion quickly. A little yesterday and even more today I have been experiencing some ovulation symptoms, sharp pain in my lower left abdomen around the ovaries area, moodiness etc. And I also noticed thicker than normal discharge 1-2 days ago. I did an OPK test and no line appeared! I'm just confused because things don't seem to add up. Could these be pregnancy pains or would an OPK read positive if I were pregnant?
Any advice would be deeply appreciated. Thank
