Detox/Weight loss Body wraps?

Just wondering if anyone's had good results with these?

I just want to lose a couple of com's around my tummy/hip/back area and don't want to fork out without getting some reviews/advice.

My guess would be that it would be water weight, and if you do a detox poop weight. Unfortunately all that comes right back on. That's just my guess though, I don't know much about them

The wraps are the actual detox...
Apparently, they dissolve the toxins under the skin and then you drink a tonne of water and flush it out...

There's girls on facebook losing 10cms in 3 days.
I was just looking for anyone who has had a long term result with them, but I'm thinking they're just on a craze here in Aus and haven't spread to the rest of the world?
