For those of you asking my post op appointment went well. If you have non clue what I'm talking about see my similar post labled similar to this one.
What was found: just a little endometriosis which all of it was removed....(now this scares me) he saw my left ovary "a little squished" and fixed that... scars looked nice and healed....now it's a waiting game as to when my next period will start....it can be 1-2 weeks or be completely skipped this month....
For those of you who have had this....what can cause a "squished" ovary??? Will it squish again??? Will this cause me complete infertility??? I'm really scared and worried....please let me know experiences

Thats great news! Have been thinking of you! I feel for you this waiting game is killing me! Currently at the end of week 9 for me and still no period :growlmad: (dont worry I had been on Zolodex and had the coil so for me can be upto 4 months) I have my fingers crossed yours is back within the week and you can get going!
Ovary a little squished... not heard the term before, but it could be where the endo had grown? I wouldn't worry about it hun if he says he fixed it doesn't sound anything major.
Sending good thoughts! :baby:

I haven't heard of a squished ovary, but glad the doctor was able to fix it. The other good news is, you have 2! A lot of women will switch sides every month (though some I know have a more dominant side) so even if there is any damage you still have the right side (right?). It could just be the placement of it, we have so much crammed in to that little pelvic/abdominal cavity it can get a little tight, so maybe he just moved it a little so it had more room?

Thank you.....I'm just worried it might get squished again....gonna call my Dr'said nurse and ask her....

Called Dr and got good new but not so good news. Ovaries can squish for an unknown reason no matter who you are. Good news it won't affect fertility. Bad news it can squish again.

Hmm, interesting that this doesn't effect fertility, but that is good I guess!

I think that you have to take that as good news then Angel:) Hopefully not long and you will have good results now!!

AF finally came today....I was worried I'd totally miss this cycle.....downfall is I'm cramping as bad as I was before endometriosis and I'm bleeding just as heavy :(
Hopefully this won't last... this is my first cycle after surgery... sigh...

I hope the pain has mostly passed now I know it sucks...but you are that one step closer to your baby now:)
I am still waiting for this dam period honestly starting to wonder what is going on!!
