Diahorria and high temp

Hi. My ds has had a high temperature all day as has his sis, it's been between 100/100.3, phone docs and they said he was ok and to keep giving him the medication I have been, she also asked if he had diahorria which he hadn't. 10 mins after putting phone down he started getting it, anything to really worry about. He's 12 months

Sounds like it could be a stomach bug Hun just watch for dehydration xx
