Diastasis Recti & hernia repair

Hello

I havent posted before so sorry if i am in the wrong place

i have been put on the waiting list to have my umbilical hernia and diastasis recti fixed with keyhole surgery and i was wondering/hoping that other ladies have had this done too and can tell me if it stopped the pain and also how it looked afterwards. Any info would be much appreciated

I have no experience of this but good luck!

I do have diastasis recti but I'm trying to fix it with tailored exercises
