Did any of you develop a belly like this?

I don't know exactly how to describe it, but my post c-section belly looks boxy. I still have the little pouch below my belly button like many people, but it doesn't stop at my belly button. It extends about 3 inches above it, so my stomach ends up looks squarish from the side. Has anyone else experienced this or seen it before? Could it be from muscle separation?
