did any other babies fail their heel prick test at 36 weeks?

Sydnee failed her heel prick test at 36 weeks for hypothyroidism. Ive only just been told as their was an "error" & they had on their records that a repeat test was done & was normal, but no repeat test has been done So now i'm worrying myself stupid that somethings wrong & i just wondered if any other premies failed theirs but it turned out to be fine?

i'd really appreciate some reassurance

I've heard 'errors' are common and sometimes they have to do another, that theres nothing to worry about. I was warned this in neonatal.
