Did I have my first Miscarriage??

I have a baby already, I've been taking my birth control for 3 or 4 months. I started having sex last month after not taking my birth control for two weeks, I then started back. I got my period last week, then I had sex the day after it ended. I forgot to take my birth control that night & the next then took them the following day. I didn't take wednesday & thursday birthcontrol until today. But this morning, I went to the bathroom & I realized that I was bleeding! I had no cramping or anything, It wasn't really heavy but not light either. So i put on a pad & later checked it it wasnt very much but it was brown with bits of something in it also it happenned everytime I wiped. So I checked again later on it didn't get anymore on it so I took the pad and cleaned myself up and I had sex after. I didn't bleed while having sex or after. I put on a pad tonight just incase.After I ate im in alot of pain in my stomach at the moment. Does that sound like I had a miscarriage?

Didn't want to read and run but I have heard of a misses miscarraige the only way u no for sure is by taking a preg test and seeing of it is pos sorry it's not that good but it's all I can think off
