did I just make a baby? implantation?

My last period was January 23 til 27
On February fifth I had a sudden bout of extreme nausea after eating cheese puff chips.it lasted about 4 hours.
February 9 I had mild nausea I'm the early morning. Later that night I because so weak.my insides were trembling,I was disoriented, and had to walk firmly holding onto the nearest wall.

Took a pregnancy test in the am February 10th it was a flat out negative

Now it's the 12th and I woke up around 5 am to mucous-y Brown and pink discharge with tiny clots and medium to mild cramps

Could I be carrying a Halloween baby?

If you had your period on the 23rd, you probably didn't ovulate until around Feb 6th. If you are pregnant, you probably wouldn't test positive until this weekend or next week.

You could be ovulating now. Just another possibility. I've cramped and gotten that brown pink stuff while ovulating before. Also nausea.
