did i miss something why isnt bnb working properly?

hi,
im hoping this posts i havnt been on bnb for a while came on now and i cant see anything the whole site is black and white there are no pictures anywhere just little boxes with colours in. i cant see signatures posts are all jumbled up cant even see the new thread button. no smilies nothing
is it just me ?

i'm having this happen to me too. it's like the Website isn't able to read its CSS and goes into 'normal' mode
