Did I ovulate last cycle? Pity me...I've spent the last 24 hours crying on and off!!

Only started temping right at the end of last cycle but the temps at the end were between 36.6 and 36.8. So far this cycle I haven't gone above 36.4. So is it possible I did ovulate last cycle as the temps were higher?

Really panicking that i can't ovulate...so would appreciate any thoughts?

Sadly temps alone are not an indicator of ovulation its the shift in temps that confirms it, though my temps are a typical range before ovulation and then after are higher so looking at your current ones and the ones from previous I do think you ovulated last month, though not yet this month. I saw earlier they suspect pcos which explains the long/annovulatory cycle, don't panic they happen I have had one myself x

I dont see a shift indicating any ovulation, I hope things get straightened out soon.

LisaP I don't think I have this month but I wondered about the end of last cycle as temps were higher then x
