Did you get a BFP with low sperm count

Hi ladies, I'm new to the forum, so please, excuse the lack of acronyms.
I'm on my third IUI, in the TWW, and was warned by my doc that the amount of sperm post wash was extremely low, similar to my last two failed IuIs.

Has anyone here gone ahead with extremely low sperm count and gotten a BFP?



Background:
I'm 12 dpiui, terrible cramping days 6-9, thought it was AF but no, also everything smells weird (especially me, TMI), keep wanting bacon cheeseburgers). I know I'm probably over analyzing during the TWW, my wondfos are BFN as of this a.m.

I am not clear on all the numbers but here are some from my last 2 IUIs.

My last IUI I had, DH had a total total count of 8.1 million and 20% progressive. The doctors said it was't that good. The IUI worked and we ended up with twins, which unfortunately didn't make it past 6 weeks.

We did an IUI today and the total count was 74.9 million and 88% progressive. This time the doctor was very impressed.

We changed the way we were eating and last time DH has been in the sauna a bit. This time he is also taking zinc, cod liver oil, chia, and maca. Not sure what exactly made the difference.
