Just letting you all know - my claim is currently being looked at, and a friend of mine received over £1000 back.
Basically if you were sold a bank account that was a monthly charge one that came with perks like mobile phone insurance/travel insurance/roadside cover, usually called "silver/gold account" you can reclaim all the money you paid if you believe it was missold.
All you have to do is fill the following template in and send it off to the complaints department of your bank.
I have been mis-sold because when I was 17 i was told I needed that account to get an overdraft, and at that age I couldn't use any of the perks. The bank needed to make sure you would make use of all of the benefits, if not you were mis-sold.
I should hear back today on if I have been successful but thought I would let you all know

-I was not told I had been moved to this bank account
-I was not told I could have a free bank account instead
-I was told I had to have this bank account in order to get a [mortgage/loan/other financial product - insert name] with you
-I was told I could get a better deal on my[mortgage/loan/other financial product - insert name] but found a better deal with you as a new customer
-I was not told I would not be able to claim on the travel insurance because of my age
