Does anyone know if this is actually ok!? I am still 12 stone (was 10) and its not budging and its now really getting me down. I have ordered a cross trainer and want to use it everyday ( I have promised hubby I will!). All the info I can find say wait until you stop breast feeding before even attempting to start any kind of weight loss plan but I was planning on breastfeeding for a year!
My milk wont dry up will it if I start exercising etc! If I carry on eating regularly but just not junk and drink lots of water I wont suddenly lose my milk will I!?
