Hello

My partner has pelvis pain and as aresult difficulty sleeping.
I am considering buying a new mattress to help her gain some comfort at night. Can anyone advise what type would suit. I was considering either an orthopedic or memory foam as both are quite supportive.

All advice appreciated.

Hi there!

What a caring chap for asking advice for your good lady!! :hugs:

Is she well enough to go to try out some matresses on beds??

I had an orthopaedic matress when I had back and pelvic pain in pregnancy but I think it depends on your body/spine shape and the way you sleep.

Do you know anyone with a matress she could try a nap on??

all the very best for you and your lady, sweetheart

what about the memory foam matress?, i dont think just laying on them in the shops really helps

memory foam mattress would probably help, they're expensive though

To problem in the sleep then it means it is the problem of the spinal cord. You should concern the specialist to get the better suggestion and treatment like exercise which helps to get the better output.
