Dilated and feeling sharp pains in vagina

I have recently been discharged from L&D due to preterm labor. I was 27w6d and 1cm dilated 0% effaced. I was told I have uterine irritability. I was initially given Terbutaline, but it did not work so they put me on an IV of Magnesium Sulfate. They then gave me the Betamethasone shots for his lungs and had me on a regiment of Procardia while I was in hospital (4 days). Now I am still getting the pressure and sharp shooting pains in my cervix every time I get a contraction. Could I be dilating more or is the baby just rubbing on my cervix? Currently 28w4d.

Considering your just out of hospital this is something personally I would phone up and let them know, just to be on safe side and see what they advise x
