Hi everyone!

Firstly, let me just say that this is my first month temping so I am unsure about how to interpret everything.

I did the first 9 days of temping orally but then found out that doing it vaginally is much more accurate so I discarded all those readings on FertilityFriend.

After day 9, I did my temps fairly regularly until CD24 where I forgot to temp and CD25 as well. CD26 I discarded at first because I woke up earlier in the morning (rolled around a bit and fell back to sleep) and only took my temp when I woke up the second time. No ovulation was detected yet so this morning (CD31), I decided to see what difference it would make if I changed CD26 so that it is not discarded anymore. Low and behold, it showed that O was detected on CD22.

CD26 (4 DPO), my temp was 36.7 and 5 DPO my temp was 36.1, after that it climbed again. Does such a huge dip in temps mean something?

Any and all insight into this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

A temp dip can sometimes indicate implantation.. I think its when theres a surge if estrogen which is a 'cold' hormone... But I think the estrogen surge also happens in a non-pregnant chart so it's kinda contradictory!! If you google implantation dip on google it comes up with allsorts of information. Hope the dip is a good sign for you ~ GL! :happydance:

Thanks so much! I hope it's an implantation dip, after detecting some dark spots in my CM on Sunday and Monday I hoped it was IB and now with the dip I'm even more hopeful.

I'll do some research but thank you very much for answering! :hugs:
