ok.. so monday 9th march.. morning weigh in 11 stone 1 lb.

height: 5 foot 7
belly:33 1/2"
hips:39"
thighs:22"
BMI: 23.5

been healthy eating this week no exercise>>yes i am tht lazy :lol:

no eating after 7:30 pm. 3 meals a day and healthy snacks.. 2 litres of water 5 of fruit an veg *snooze*


gonna take piccies tonight to track weightloss!


friday am weigh in

10 stone 9 lbs!!

well done hun!! thats really good going.

Cucumber and carrot sticks! Great to munch on!

Oh and did you know whilst eating celery it burns calories to eat it, than it has in it??

morning is 1 slice of wholemeal toast( i have the tesco finest one with loads of seeds etc on it lol 120 calories a slice but mmm!!)
1st break at lunch: i have either a pack of melba toast or a go ahead bar, or a piece of fruit<< my main snacks
lunch: wholemeal roll with banana, fruit salad any 4 fruits mixed with pro-biotic yoghurt
tea: had a variation of, fish pie, baked potato, spag bol, pizza(naughty),cabonara(naughty) i just have a massive bowl of salad with it and a big glass of water
snacks:as above on first break i usually have bout 3 snacks throughout the day.

and all im drinking is water or tea :lol:

Good luck! Make sure your having 1200 calories or more a day though otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and weight loss slows down dramatically x

shitty day meant major binge :lol:

never ate liek anything on friday an gorged on shit yesterday so slapped wrists for me!!! and weigh in monday!

also full of cold, so you will see alot of soup in the upcoming days :lol:

i know its not much i have to lose, but i want rid of that blubber round my waist, ive been upping my exercise by taking stairs wherever i can in my block( i stay 7 up!!!) gonna start sit-ups soon too :)

hey, am beginning to enjoy eating healthily now! feels better having a piece of fruit instead of choccie no need to feel guilty!
 
omg hun your starting weight is the samea s i am now and you look fab compared to me!! you are like a foot taler than me tho!xx
