Has anybody been? who did you book with? was it good?
what age was your LO when you went?

Sorry for all the questions :dohh:

:flower:

Im going on Monday for 5 days :happydance:
We go every year and have done for the last 12 years (apart from the year I was pregnant)
Dont book through a travle agancy as they add about £300 on, book the hotel and park tickets through disney paris website then book the travle through eurostar.
Here a couple of pictures from last year, sorry there so big, the castle ones may be from the year befor, I have so many photos :).
LO loved it there and he was only a year old last time and hes even more obsessed with disney now (although he didnt look very impressed with pluto in the picture because pluto just accidently poked him in the eye with his nose) :)

it looks so much fun! do you always go at this time of year? does it work out expensive?

Most times we go for the christmas season but we have been for the halloween before and in april once.
Normaly thers about 5_6 adult so can get a bit expensive but this year its just oh me and lo and thar cost about £1200 for hotel, park, travle ans a few other birs added in like breakfast with charecters and wild bill show

does the eurostar bring you straight there? how long do you usually stay for?
sorry for so many questions, I just have no idea at all :dohh:

eurostar takes you straight next to the park and takes about 2 hours 40 mins.
This time however we are going into Paris instead then jumping on the train into the park for a change.
We normaly go for about 5 day

We got back on Tuesday!
It was my 11th time, DH 2nd and the kids 1st.
We had sooo much fun and the kids loved it.
We always book directly through Disney as its cheaper and we drive the whole way there using the euro tunnel to get across the channel. We've been for Christmas the last 2 times but before that we went at Halloween. Looking at Halloween next year now!

I would looooove to go! how long does it take to drive it, we are coming from n. ireland so it kinda feels like it will take a lifetime to get there :haha:

We went last year and loved it.

If I was going from NI, I would probably fly tbh x

We drive from west Yorkshire, it takes about 5/6hrs to the tunnel then about 3 when you get to France, we stay overnight near the tunnel to split the drive up.
If I was going from ni I'd fly too, probably wouldn't work out cheaper to drive by the time you add in 2 crossings x

We are booked to go for our first time next May with a 5yr old and a 3yr old. We are flying from Edinburgh as it would be too long a drive for us. Cant wait! :)

We have just booked for feb, there is 10 of of all together, 4 kids aged 9, 6, & 3 & then My pudding who will be around 4 months old x My niece who is 6 is going to be so excited, she keeps asking to go but my sister tells her they cant afford it, we're keeping it a secret until they see the castle when we arrive in the park x cant wait x

sounds fab reedy :) yep I think we will fly... didnt think about the fat thered b two crossings! :dohh:

We are going just after Christmas , we are driving over - cant wait £775 for two nights

We have been 3 times, we have only ever flown booked it seperatley doing the hotel and tickets together as stayed in Disney hotels, then booked the flights with easyjet (from Liverpool to Charles de Gulle), then from the airport got the train directly into Disney (station next to the parks).

We have stayed in 3 Disney hotels Chayenne (budget), Newport Bay (middle of the road) and Hotel New York (luxury). I would stay at the Chayenne and the New york again, but for the money for Newport Bay I don't recommend, would rather save some money and stay at the Chayenne, or spend a bit more and stay at the New york.

Everything is on site, and there are shuttle buses to all the hotels from the parks (some are close enough to walk). There is the Disney village just outside the parks with all the restaurants there (be prepared that the restaurants can be quite expensive) but there are some cheaper places to eat where you can get pizzas and hotdogs, McD's and there is like a BBQ place we went last time that was really nice and quite reasonable.

As for snacks in the room, there is a petrol station with a spar like shop next to the Santa Fe hotel which is the cheapest place for drinks and snacks in the room, we stock up there, you can get the shuttle bus there for free.

Hope this helps x

If you go the week it changes from halloween to christmas its great because the first couple of days are halloween decorated then over night they change it to the christmas decorations so you get 2 seasons in one ans that week is so dead there we spent one day wher we only saw about 30 people in the space of 4 hours, great foe getting straight on rides and the weather is quite warm that time
